Renewmedia© is controlled via an intuitive web-based interface. Users can access the system to update or publish site content or add new pages, images and information using designed templates. It will also format text to suit a site design, ensuring a professional consistency. Mistakes are minimised as the site administrator no longer has to edit code, and there is no need for tiresome file changing and uploading.

Flexibility

As Renewmedia is a web-based application, site changes can be made at any given time, anywhere in the world. Separate user groups with individual administrative rights can be defined and given unique access details. This allows different users to have responsibility for individual areas within the site. The primary administrator can set up new accounts, define user privileges, access details and track sub administrator usage through logs.

Simplicity

Simplicity is our focus so no knowledge of HTML is required to use the CMS. Items such as links and image placement are handled automatically. Initial training for the CMS is included within the system and resources and tutorials are always available.

Information Gathering

Renewmedia allows the user to build up customer profiles for use in CRM and marketing applications. It enables data capture from the front-end of the site as well as statistical information gathered from site usage and visitation. Newmedia has also recently developed a tailored version of Renewmedia, called RenewmediaXS, for use with Macromedia Flash. Flash content can be created, amended and added to with ease using our powerful new solution. RenewmediaXS works with Flash versions 5 and above.
